30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible, your item must:

  Be unused and unworn, in the same condition as received

  Be returned in its original packaging

  Include proof of purchase

Important: Returns must be requested and approved before sending items back. Items sent without approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, which we will cover.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. Return shipping for such items will be covered by Motorys.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

 Gift cards

 Sale or clearance items

 Personalized or custom-made products

If you are unsure, contact us before initiating a return.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason. Returned items must meet the same eligibility conditions above.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
